Veterinary Nurse Preliminary Investigation Committee
The VN Preliminary Investigation Committee meets every six to eight weeks to decide if cases should be referred to a VN Disciplinary Committee hearing.
Kelly qualified as a veterinary nurse in 1997 and has worked in small animal, mixed and equine practice.
In 2013 Kelly returned to education to train as a midwife while continuing to work in veterinary practice. She qualified in 2016 and completed her preceptorship in the NHS in 2018.
Kelly is currently employed as Head Nurse and clinical supervisor in a specialist equine hospital and ambulatory practice in Kent. As part of the senior leadership group, Kelly contributes to business development and strategic leadership of the nursing team.
